FAQ
Clear answers. Open hands.
Transparency builds trust. Here is how the mission works — and how we treat every person we help with respect.
Common questions
Everything you need to know before you give.
Who receives help?
Families in Afghanistan facing hunger, unemployment hardship, medical need, or winter emergency. We prioritise households with children, elderly members, and those with little or no income — always with dignity and without discrimination based on politics or religion.
How are recipients chosen?
Sam works through trusted personal networks and community contacts on the ground to identify families in genuine need. The focus is practical hardship — empty cupboards, medical urgency, winter exposure — verified as carefully as circumstances allow.
Is this about politics or religion?
No. Hope Has No Borders is about humanity — people helping people. The mission does not promote any political party or religious agenda.
How do you keep the process transparent?
Whenever possible, updates will be shared on the Impact page: what was purchased or delivered, how many households were reached, and honest summaries of funds used. Photos appear only with permission. If you ever have a question about a donation, email us.
How can I donate?
Use the Donate page. Contributions are collected via Revolut once the payment link is live. You can also email hello@hopehasnoborders.org if you prefer to arrange support directly.
Can I donate any amount?
Yes. No amount is too small. Every contribution carries the same message: you are not forgotten.
Will I see how my money was used?
Yes — as the mission grows, Sam commits to sharing updates so supporters can see the impact of their generosity. Real-world conditions can delay reporting; honesty about timing is part of the promise.
How can I get in touch?
Write to hello@hopehasnoborders.org. Questions about the mission, donations, or partnership are always welcome.
